Valerie Denise Jones is a military veteran, filmmaker, documentarian, professional editor and relentless researcher whose greatest storytelling tool is curiosity. Years of editing documentaries, films, music videos and digital content have trained her to recognize the story buried inside hours of footage. Her life has taken her across all 50 states, onto film sets around the world, and through seasons when her car served as her home, office and production headquarters. She does not simply study unconventional lives. She understands what it means to live one.

The Cemetery Chronicles begins with a provocative question: Why is the graveyard called the richest place on Earth? Perhaps because buried there are inventions never created, books never written, businesses never started, apologies never given and dreams that died with the dreamer. Valerie wants to go beyond the names and dates carved into stone and ask, Who were these people before they became headstones, and what did they leave unfinished?

The investigation will not belong only to the dead. Basketball legend Dr. J, Julius Erving, has told Valerie she could document his story, and other well-known celebrities she knows have expressed similar trust. Valerie wants to sit across from people who have achieved extraordinary things and ask them something fame, money and success cannot answer: What is still inside you that you refuse to let the graveyard inherit? Then she will ask the question that brings the story directly to the viewer: If you knew your time was running out, what would you finally stop postponing?

No Fixed Address turns that same curiosity toward people still fighting to define their lives, following those creating homes and livelihoods from cars, buses and unconventional spaces while technology transforms survival into community, income and independence. One film enters the cemetery to investigate what was left behind. The other follows people who are still deciding what comes next. Together, they explore the most important part of every life: the dash between the two dates.

Valerie is still writing her own dash. Experience taught her how to find a story, adversity taught her how to recognize humanity, and curiosity keeps her learning. She is ready for new technology, stronger techniques and a larger cinematic canvas because her goal is not simply to make films. It is to ask the questions people carry for a lifetime, but rarely have the courage to answer.
